Privacy Statement Welcome to MYRMID Website Concepts! The following is our Privacy Policy. This is information regarding how your personal information will be stored. PRIVACY POLICY I. Personal Information Under no circumstances will myrmid ever release user information to any company, individual, organization or third party. All information pertaining to users are stored on disks which are also backed up via hard copies (disk contents printed out). Files will never be saved onto the server to protect user confidenality. Any transactions done via user and myrmid are done manually by our sales department and will never be used for any other purpose than for its intention (billing, questioning of services, bandwidth notices, tech answers, etc) II. Personal Data Stored on the Server User acknowledges that by reason of their relationship, both user and myrmid may have access to certain products, information and materials relating to the other party's business, which may include business plans, customers, software technology, and marketing plans that are confidential and of substantial value to either party, respectively, and which value would be impaired if such information were disclosed to third parties. Consequently, both myrmid and customer agrees that it will not use in any way for its own account or for the account of any third party, nor disclose to any third party, any such information revealed to it by either party, as the case may be. III. SPAM and E-Mails SPAM is something that we DO NOT TOLERATE at all and users will be banned and fined (as stated in the ToU) if SPAM is sent via our network. We will never have other companies contact you and the only e-mails you will ever receive regarding myrmid are receipts of payment and answers from sales, tech, bandwidth, or any emails which bear the "@myrmid.com" name and are listed on our contact page. In terms of matters not relating to the aforementioned, possible contests from myrmid may be sent to you, but you may have the right to refuse these e-mails.
